DEB DC partners with Gourmet By The Bay for delicious picnic dinners!
Diner en Blanc - Washington and Gourmet By The Bay have partnered to offer guests four delicious picnic dinners. Meals are servings for two and available for purchase throughout all registration phases until August 19th. Picnics will be distributed on-site.
